This weather resistant cover utilizes a small, rechargeable 12v 2AH lithium-ion battery to start your 8hp to 16hp electric start gasoline engines!
This system allows the use of Hercules 12V lithium tool batteries as electric start batteries when used with the integrated battery-mount weather cover.

*Based on 1–3 second crank time per start. Cold engines or multiple attempts will reduce total starts.
Operating Guidelines
• Use a fully charged battery.
• Limit cranking to 3 seconds per attempt.
• Allow 10–20 seconds between attempts.
Recommended Pairing
• 212cc: 2.0Ah acceptable, 4.0Ah preferred
• 420cc: 4.0Ah recommended
